We want you to love your Pomélo+Co. experience, but if a product isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original Pomélo+Co. box or similar sustainable packaging to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
